When I tried to pull it out, I felt a tug in the back of my throat and I realized where it was growing from. I was terrified, and my heart raced as I tried to swallow it down. I could feel it crawling down my throat and into my stomach.
I was too scared to eat the rest of my lunch, so I quickly threw it away. As I walked away from the table, I heard a faint whisper coming from the trash can. I stopped in my tracks and listened carefully. The whisper was saying, “I’m coming for you.”
I rushed out of the cafeteria and ran as fast as I could. I could feel something following me, but when I looked back, there was nothing there. I finally made it back to my room, but I could still feel something lurking in the shadows.
I was too scared to go to sleep, so I stayed up all night. The next morning, I woke up to find a large, hairy spider crawling across my bed. I screamed and ran out of my room, never looking back.
I still have nightmares of that day, and I never eat lunch in public again.
